Based on observed network activity over the past several weeks, estimated staking rewards for staked SXT have adjusted from approximately 7.9% to approximately 9.7% per annum. This change follows higher realized workload volume and associated fee activity across the Space and Time network, consistent with the workload and fee dynamics described in the recent economics blog post.

Space and Time records indexing, data insertion, and ZK-proven query activity at the protocol level. These activities consume defined network resources, with fees settled onchain in SXT. Staking rewards are derived from these protocol-level fee flows.

This week’s update in reward estimates reflects current observed network activity and associated fee generation. Estimated staking rewards may continue to vary over time as workload volume, query mix, validator participation, and broader network conditions change. As with all network metrics, staking rewards should be evaluated alongside other observable signals such as onchain fees, active workloads, and participation levels, rather than viewed in isolation.

Staking is one way individuals contribute to this system and participate in network operation under current reward parameters.

Estimated staking rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on network conditions and the validator selected. Individual outcomes depend on validator performance, commission structure, and participation dynamics.
